The Town of Chilhowie Fire Department is looking for current or future EMS providers in our area who are interested in helping the community.  An EMT class will be scheduled from Mid-January through Mid-April 2010.  The only cost will be to cover books at approximately $60-$65.  If you live in or around our community and would be interested in helping, please contact:

Please note**  The recruits we are seeking must live in our response area in order to serve as a member of the department.  Positions in the class will be determined by residency within our response area, with consideration given to recruits outside our area thereafter.  These positions are strictly volunteer and are not salary based.
