Single Vehicle Rollover

Company 3 responded to a vehicle accident at the 400 block of Elswick Bridge Rd.  Upon arrival, found a single vehicle on its top in a drainage ditch/creek. Driver was out and checked for injuries. Fluids contained in the creek with pads.
